| Senior Technical Support Officer - Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines - At least 2 years of IT technical support / applications support experience - Certificates or other equivalent qualifications preferable; - Perform School server administration, CCTV system, Report Card System, School Campus TV, daily technical support and update school website - Management in the use of computer hardware, software and network equipment including stock keeping and procurement; Installation and configuration - Good computer and IP internetworking concept; - Experience on network setup & maintenance is preferable; - Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills - Willing to work on-site - Immediately available preferred - Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of IT Assistant |
