Job Duties:
Support sales enquiries for STEM-related services and other ad hoc projects
Design plans for customers according to their requirements.
Explores and establish new end users contact to develop, lead and drive to business opportunity
Regular meetings with customers, conducts customers presentations, formulate proposal and tender responses
Managing quotations and contracts with customers.
Assist in digital marketing activities (online press release/ poster designing etc) of the company.
Assist in event planning and exhibition coordination
Coordinate with different department for projects
Experience working in school or education industry is an advantage
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player
Proactive and open mind capability to accept new challenges
Knowledge & solutioning experience in coding is an added advantage
Good ability to priorities, multi-task and work flexibly and independently with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of ownership and able to meet deadlines
Proficiency with excel and word processing
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate availability is highly recommended
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
3 years’ experience or above is preferred
Understanding and RFQ/Tender experience in education industry is an added advantage
