Senior Officer– Education Assessment Services (Ref:EA/02/221)

Duties: Theappointee will be responsible for the development, implementation and qualityassurance for the Basic Competency Assessment Project, managing assessmentadministration, as well as conducting seminars and training to schools andteachers.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject, with aCertificate or Diploma of Education in Chinese, or equivalent;
(b) At least 6 years’ relevant working experience withteaching experiences in secondary schools would be an advantage;
(c) High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese ispreferred;
(d) Familiar with the content and pedagogy of therelevant subject, with knowledge of education assessment, internet and relatedIT applications;
(e) Good supervisory skills, organizational skills,communication skills and time management skills; and
(f) Experience instaff supervision and/ or project management would be an advantage.
Employment Terms: Theremuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications andexperience. Appointment will be on afixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical anddental care. Future employment may be offeredon renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
