We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship & Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our school and parent customers, supporting system operations, and assisting with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project deployment and effective communication.

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English
- Strong written skills in both Chinese and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used business software
- Friendly, proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication between the company and school/parent customers
- Provide system operation support to customers and resolve any issues that arise
- Assist supervisors with project coordination and marketing plan execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans for project deployment
- Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials
