- should have the Laboratory Technician Certificate or equivalent qualification (Applicants without certificate will be considered as Laboratory Technician III) and are holders of valid First Aid Certificate
- fulfill the requirements stipulated by the EDB
- manage the laboratory and its related work
- perform duties assigned by the school
