Job Duties職責
* Assist head chef for daily kitchen operations
* 協助主廚保持廚房日常運作
* Assures high standards of food quality and cost efficiency
* 保證出品質素及控制成本效益
* Ensure overall cleanliness of kitchen and personal hygiene
* 確保廚房清潔並保持個人衛生
Job Requirements 工作要求
* Extensive knowledge of Western cuisine is necessary
* 必需對西餐有認知
* Minimum 1 years of related experiences, less experience will also be considered as Junior Chef
* 最少1年相關工作經驗, 經驗較少者會被考慮為初級廚師
* Self-motivation, An enthusiastic, self-confident, humble, with good team spirits and ability to learn
* 積極主動、對工作熱誠,有自信而謙卑、有團隊精神
* Eligible to work in Hong Kong
* 合資格在香港工作
