Accounting Clerk

Duties:

• To perform daily accounting function in accounts receivable and payable
• To ascertain daily collection reports and summaries
• To process refund applications
• To maintain filing system
• To issue debit notes and receipts
• To conduct bank reconciliation
• To provide other clerical support to the team and assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting & LCCI Higher Accounting
• Student member of accounting professional bodies preferable
• 5 years’ relevant working experience; with experience in handling full set of bookkeeping is preferable
• Familiar with FLEX Account, Chinese Word Processing(倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (MS Word and Excel);
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
