Jing Jing School Group was first found in 1969. We are operating both the child care centre and kindergartens in Hong Kong. We are looking for an Accounting Officer with qualification of Higher Diploma in Accountancy or higher.
Start Date – Immediately
Job Description:
Responsible for full set of accounting including accounting voucher processing and bank reconciliation;
Prepare the annual closing of financial statements;
Coordinate with external auditors to complete annual audit;
Provide assistance during EDB audit period (if required)
Handle ad hoc duties assigned by School Supervisor
Requirements:
Hands on kindergarten accounting experience is preferred;
Both Full-time and Part-time are welcomed;
Knowledge of Norray ED accounting system is preferred;
Mature, trust worthy, independent and well organized;
Proactive with excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
Proficient in MS Office applications in Chinese/English Word Processing, Excel
Good Command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Working Location: Tuen Mun
Working Hours: Negotiable

License:
Higher diploma in Accountancy or above
