Administrative Assistant 行政助理(Habour Heights 海峰園 )

Job Description:

• Provide administrative support including but not limited to:
• 5 days’ work on Monday to Friday
• ordering all schools’ curriculum materials and related follow up
• arranging recruitment scheduling and bookings
• supporting curriculum development team with in-school curriculum activities
• actively participating in some extracurricular events
• data entry
• professional development bookings and set up
• agenda preparations
• translating documents
• general administrative errands
• guest greeting, answering telephone and email enquiries and related follow-up.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with excellent communication skills with professional phone manner and ability to communicate fluently in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• English and Chinese writing and typing skills are essential.
• Proactive and cheerful team-player with a positive attitude.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, as well as Google Platform).
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Administrative experience will be an advantage.
• Immediately availability is preferred.
