YMCA College of Careers is a post-secondary institute sponsored by the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong. We are looking for Administrative Assistant to work on part-time basis to assist Office Manager in office administration and finance related affairs.
- Job Duties
- To provide all aspects of administrative support for office management;
- To assist in documents related with financial issues;
- To undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Requirement
- 5 passes in HKCEE including English and Chinese; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language;
- Bookkeeping knowledge is preferrable;
- At least One year work experience, preferably in education related industry.
