Principal ( Kindergarten)

Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
·      Possession of a recognized university degree in early childhood education or its equivalent;
·      at least 5 years’ kindergarten teaching experience of which at least 2 years in the rank of Senior                 Teacher or equivalent;
·      Registered Kindergarten Teacher with the Education Bureau in Hong Kong;
·      completion of a Certification Course for Kindergarten Principals recognized by the Education Bureau             (preferred);
·      substantial experience in school administration;
·      experience in inquiry-based concept-driven bilingual curriculum is an advantage;
·      a strong commitment to quality early childhood education;
·      demonstrated abilities in team building and education leadership;
·      familiar with government regulations for operation of a kindergarten; and
·      fluent in English is a must, fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is an advantage.

Duties
Manage a kindergarten in accordance with the Education Ordinance and in line with the governance directives of the School Management Committee.

Commencement of Employment:
Shortlisted candidate will be required to report for duty in August 2022.
