*URGENT – Admissions & Administration Executive*

Responsibilities

• Follow the complete admission cycle
• Response parent’s enquires via email and telephone, provide related information with prospective pupils and parents regarding the admission process and academic programs.
• Organize and conduct campus visits, school fairs and open days for prospective families
• Willing to work on half day Saturdays / Sundays for special school events
• Responsible for daily school administrative matters
• Provide administrative support to the admissions and marketing team
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Qualifications

• Outgoing, hard-working, reliable, problem-solver and enjoys working with children
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Work effectively and independently and a good team player.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in oral and written of English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be a plus.
• University degree level with 2 years or above experience in education field or relevant work experience
